Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 14, 2026
These terms govern use of the revoeltec.com website and the services offered by Revoeltec S.A.S. By browsing the site you accept these conditions; if you do not agree, please do not continue.
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you act on behalf of a legal entity you declare that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Services
Revoeltec operates a digital real estate crowdlending platform: we facilitate the matching between developers with specific projects and people willing to grant commercial loans, regulated by the Civil Code and the Commercial Code of Ecuador.
3. Registration and verification
To invest you must complete a KYC/AML process in line with the Organic Law for the Prevention, Detection and Eradication of Money Laundering and the Financing of Other Crimes. We reserve the right not to accept registrations that do not pass these controls.
4. Nature of operations
The operations published on the platform are private loans between investors and developers. Revoeltec is neither lender nor borrower: it acts as a technological intermediary, administrative manager and, where applicable, collateral agent appointed by the parties.
5. Risks
Investing involves risk. The capital provided may not be fully recovered and the expected returns may not materialize. Delays, defaults and market events affect outcomes. We recommend only investing capital you can commit during each transaction's term.
6. Fees
Revoeltec charges a management fee to developers and, in some cases, a service fee to investors. The applicable fee is always disclosed before confirming the operation.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content — texts, images, trademarks, code — is the property of Revoeltec S.A.S. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the content without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
Revoeltec undertakes to act with the professional diligence expected of a specialized intermediary. We are not liable for: investment decisions made by the user, fortuitous or force majeure events, nor for third-party information that is materially different from that verified in our analysis processes.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms. Substantial changes will be notified with at least fifteen (15) calendar days in advance. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new version.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Quito canton, unless the parties agree to prior mediation at the Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce.
