Who can invest with Revoeltec?

Individuals and legal entities over 18 with a valid national ID or passport. You don't need to reside in Ecuador, but you must complete the KYC/AML verification process.

What is the minimum investment amount?

USD 100 per participation in each transaction. You can invest across multiple projects to diversify your portfolio.

What guarantees back each transaction?

Depending on the project: first-lien mortgages registered with the Property Registry, commercial trusts managed by authorized administrators, personal guarantees and promissory notes.

What happens if a project is delayed?

Each contract sets default interest and maximum deadlines. If the situation persists, we activate the enforcement of guarantees with our legal team and maintain ongoing communication with the community.

Is Revoeltec regulated?

We operate under the figure of commercial loans between private parties in accordance with the Civil Code and the Commercial Code of Ecuador. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance while the crowdlending regulatory framework evolves.

Can I withdraw before the agreed term?

Capital is returned at project maturity. In some cases we offer an internal secondary market to assign your participation to another investor — subject to availability.
